Fiery Fist (and some newbie questions)

First - Thank you! Love the scads of bonus content that you have provided!

Now….I'm probably just being a dweeb, but I can't get the Fiery Fist to work. I click on the feat and no special cursor appears (like with StunFists) and the counter does not drop by one etc.

Should I delete/reinstall the pack? (yeah, using the latest one) or am I just missing something simple?

Next - Thanks again! I burnt out on RPG's a few years back but my brother (God Bless him!) got me the NWN2 Platinum for Christmas and I am so hooked again. Played the OC vanilla but did some scouting at the Vault and loaded up your Pack for MOTB. Wow!

Finally - I read a bit about PW and being from the oldschool all-text mud generation (BatMud anyone?) am interested in checking some out…Any good ones still around? Crafter by nature, but willing to play any class in a good social atmosphere.

What is your Wisdom score? Are you using anything else in your override?

Edit: I tested it and it works correctly for me so I'd say you have something with a spells.2da in your override which is preventing my pack from working correctly.

okie doke - when I didn't spot any other posts about it, I figured it was on my end - but I was hoping there might be some ancient fix that was buried deep in the forum that I just didn't spot.

Wis is 25 and yeah - using the Rod of Preparation (won't play w/out it now - spoiled me but good) and loaded one just yesterday that pauses the spirit energy timer thingy when standing idle….I've a very bad habit of getting anal on my Inv and EQ and forgetting to pause the game.

I'll pull out the other tweaks and see if I can locate the culprit.

Apprec the clue on the spells.2da (complete novice at this modding stuff) - That should help.

Not a huge deal - I can always re-level and grab another feat if I'm not feeling superhuman enough :)

Okay - Back on topic - I swear

Found the culprit. Was a 'Spell Fixes' mod I must have uploaded very early on in the OC. As extensive as your Mod is, it is obviously redundant at this point.

FYI - seems to work fine with the RoP and the auto-pause Spirit Energy drain Mods.

Apprec your help - knowing the name of the file greatly sped up the process!
