Touch of Healing's description omits it only works on targets at less than 50% max HP.
Touch of healing has a number of options you can tweak so I chose not to put all of that in the description. I can either put ALL of the info in or none of it.
You can choose to use the 50% cap or not.
You can choose to allow Augment Healing to affect it or not.

Ah - this I wasn't aware of; this report relates to the default-set behavior (ie, without touching the options files); I'll confess to not being familiar with the PnP ruleset so I have no idea what the "official" implementation is; perhaps an idea to set the default to the least restrictive option (no 50% cap, allow Augment) ??
50% cap, no Augment is the PnP version. I included the other options to make it more useful. I probably should add a note about this and the fact these can be changed. I doubt folks are that aware of the options I build in.
Ah OK - note would be good in that case (perhaps as part of documentation - else with the ingame description ?); thanks for the clarification!
