Looks like the duplicating item bug is back for crafting in the Combined Pack 1.26. Try making any weapon or armor and you get two copies in the workbench.

Yeah, he hasn't included it yet since he did the last two releases with spell fixes. I'll have it for sure in 1.32 and the combined that includes it.
