Haste Spell

When I cast the 3rd Level Haste Spell for my SwiftBlade, the spell effects everyone in a radius. But, your spell description implies it should only effect the target.

The haste spell affects the whole party in 3.5. Which spell or feat seems to indicate otherwise?
